We’re very excited to help with the launch announcement for the first annual What The Festival (WTF)!
The festival is held 100miles east of Portland OR on a spectacular piece of property in the White River Canyon region and is held from July 27 – 29th, 2012. A mere 6hrs away from Vancouver and about half that time from Seattle, this is a festival that is looking to easily make its way onto our list of annual events.
Besides the beautiful location, the festival is offering a great experience for all types of festival go-ers. A bit of official word from the one sheet:
What The Festival, a new spin on the traditional festival format, will feature the heavy-hitting lineup on high-end sound-systems, in the midst of elegantly structured chill zones, an open-air Hookah lounge, sandy beach splash pool, as well as sculptural installations and live art. Attendees will be given the opportunity to attend innovative workshops and classes, all the while basking in the beauty of Eastern Oregon’s White River Canyon. What The Festival focuses on superb artist performance and technologically advanced production as much as it revolves around the concept of a sophisticated and luxurious attendee experience. Among the perks, WTF festival-goers will have the opportunity to upgrade their already elevated experience by purchasing OMG VIP packages, which allow attendees to rent a fully furnished teepee with concierge service and access a private OMG lounge, among many other benefits. The number of OMG VIP packages is limited — find out more here: http://bit.ly/HtVAuj
